Dr. Barnes and her entire staff have been extremely pleasant, professional, and patient throughout my first experience with them. Due to my bad Keratoconus condition, I have never been able to see like I did when I was 15. I made an appointment solely based on other reviews and told to myself “here we go – I was sure I’d get some other pair of glasses that didn’t work for me, the same old ramblings from doctors and misdiagnosis… “Man I was wrong!!! From the beginning, over the phone the receptionist was extremely nice and pleasant. Dr. Barnes and her staff treated me like a member of their family and took care of my vision like they were their own eyes. She thoroughly tested my eyes, explained all my options and all the information that I needed. Then we chose the best option based on my budget and insurance benefits. In less than 10 days, I can see PERFECT. I came to tears when I could finally see the stop signs without the blurs and shadows. This is a precious team of caring and wonderful individuals and I thought these kinds of good people were long gone. I am honored to get to know Dr. Barns and to be her patient. I can’t imagine anybody but her as my doctor. Thank you Dr. Barnes and team!

Dr Alecia and everyone at this practice is amazing! If you want personalized service, and exceptional lenses and frames, this is the place to go. I saw them a few months ago and can honestly say, the glasses they provided are the best I've ever had.

Dr. Barnes has done wonders for me and my son with orthokeratology. Neither of us wears contact lenses during the day now and we are thrilled. He can freely do sports and swim with no worries and as a surgeon, I don't get dry eyes in the operating room anymore. This has been a huge lifestyle improvement for us both.
